You need to get him into a rehab facility and you do need to let your father know

His money issue needs to be resolved so maybe your dad can tell him he needs to drop out and get a job to pay off his debt and go to rehab

Rehab will only work if he willingly goes so you guys may have to take extreme steps to get him back

Get some professional involved who deals with drug addiction and they may be more helpful and get you on the right path

You can try to buy liquid bees in the morning around 9.15-9.30 am. And then sell it around 3pm, even for a 1 or 2 paisa increase. No STT. But brokerage may apply due to it being Intraday (please check that as I have never purchased and sold Liquid Bees on same day. Have had atleast a day's gap). Also another Issue is price differential. High chance you may not get to earn that 1-3 paisa spread. What you may do to avoid Intraday Brokerage is- Buy bulk liquid bees one day (say Monday) for around/above the value you will generally trade everyday in future. Hold that bees for 2 days then say from Thursday or Next Monday so the above transactions. Then as per FIFO, your previous day purchases will be sold. Hence no Intraday as delivery already taken a day earlier

Unless she has specific apps she needs, all the stock apps are best. As another person said, Pages and Numbers are great so you don't need Microsoft Office, and while you could use Chrome or Firefox if she's used to that on windows and relies on certain extensions, Safari runs best in most cases and has the best native functionality.
