I agree with you, the small time vendors, some of them do take special care of cleanliness and hygiene in the food they serve. They do make sure to use quality materials as well. On the other hand, restaurants who have big names and are a brand now don't give a shit about hygiene

Delhi 10 years back and Delhi now are literally the same in terms of Infra and standard of living. I know a lot of his sycophants are here on this sub but Kejriwal has been the worst for Delhi. I don't care about any other party or politician but Delhi is practically uninhabitable now, and if this government stays it's only gonna get worse. Their policies are so populist. They have no concern for the future of the city. Just trying to grab power by hook or by crook. Its sad that we don't have many better options either.
