Don't understand why is ICC so careless when hosting international events. Read somewhere that date of passing the venue to ICC is Feb 12, like 2 weeks before the actual event.
Even in last T20WC, they had the entire New York stadium ready in 5 months, with little to no games being hosted before the actual world cup.

Maybe ICC should slow down a bit when creating new tournaments.

I captured a similar video on this road some months back and sent the footage to Traffic Eye. I had sent the video taken from my rear dashcam since the number was visible in that. Last week while i checked online i couldnt see any fine imposed. I enquired with traffic eye and they replied saying the number plate was not clear( was slightly blurred but the numbers were clearly visible). No fine imposed till date.

Anyways be careful guys while driving, these type of riders are everywhere on the roads now!

clearly you've thought about this for a while and come up with all sorts of ideas and potential avenues to scale and monetise, OP.

i suggest the next step is to research similar businesses :

\- how are they doing financial?

\- what they're offering?

\- how long have they been around and what's been their trajectory?

i'd focus on premium pop-up events businesses specifically and look at various geographical locations. personally I'd go global to local ie Auz + US + Eur/UK to get a feel for this type of biz.

this info should give you a very good idea of what works (and doesn't) and how (you'll prob find geo-dependant variation).

and see how you can apply this info to your specific geo location - London.

some of the options you describe seem like they'd be (upfront) capital intensive. so you'd need to think if it's worth starting with that or, perhaps, focus on the options that are underserved + capital lite.

I'm in London myself. I'm pretty sure there are premium pop up events happening all the time, which another useful source of info for you.
