How can I reach Jharsuguda airport from bus terminal/railway station?
OP I frequently take auto to jharsuguda airport. If you are new, ask traffic police to help get a auto. That's the safest one. Tell him to drop you infront of the terminal. Bargain.

Older NEETS, what advice would you give to NEETS in their 20's?
Most important piece of advice is to start now. Don't convince yourself that it's already too late because before you know it you'll be ten years in the future and you'll be asking yourself the same questions as you are now.
I'm far from where I want to be yet, but I've made more progress in the last month than the last decade. A few things that helped me is to make use of any government/third party programmes that can help you take that first step. Whether that is help with your CV/Résumé, interview practice, skills courses, you'll find that there is probably more help than you think out there.
Volunteer somewhere if you a physically able to. It's a great way to just get those social muscles working again and also looks great to employers that you are taking it seriously that you want back into work.
Not sure where you are but here we are able to self-refer ourselves to therapy. If you are already in it that's great, but if you are like me and put it off for years, just bite the bullet and go through with it.
Also don't try going all gung ho and throwing yourself into the fire. Ease yourself into this transition. Part time to start with, just a couple of days a week.
In this last month I've realised though that the biggest thing is just your social skills. So much of getting employment is just about interviewers seeing if they'd want to work with you. Don't worry if you don't have great social skills though because you absolutely can improve them. It's never too late to do so.
