3. Once bought & debt increased further, which can be them erased by jacked-up prices of Bitcoin/crypto (World's greatest ponzi scheme.)

Where is Rupee headed to, what is its true value -

Placements wise DY patil is good. But only for IT jobs. If you do not want to get into IT, then the placements for core fields is just like any other decent college in Mumbai.

Please rethink your decision of choosing biotechnology. Just do not choose any field because it sounds interesting. Do your research and identify which branches are more employable and getting good pay. Then out of those branches choose what interests you.
