my friend is using encobuds2 for a while i have realme buds but the sound quality is better on encircled buds, the surround sound, the bacvkground instruments and clarity voice with balance bass. many brands have heavy bass but the vocals are not clear, intrumental background music is just dump away due to bass loud sound, go for encudsbud2 its budget friendly beast. I will buy oppo flagship earbuds rather than samsungs earbuds due to great pricing and sound.

Don't buy amc. I have kent superb. It cost me 23k. The cost of all filters is 5000. Have to change once every year. So call them once every year for service and they will come and change . Download kent app. They are very responsive

Firstly, (though it sounds very basic and silly to ask) - have you escalated the matter to the customer care? What was the problem and their resolution?

Secondly, I get my Vento TSI serviced from Viraj Automobiles - Sector 6, Noida. They've done everything well except for one thing - which I suppose I can live with.
