I don't think the most of the politicians involved in this had any intention of scamming people. They were using him for their political growth since he was offering the product at half the original price. He convinced them that he had the ESR funds. My ward member is a good man who always tries to do the best for the people in our ward, but unfortunately, he also got caught up in this scam. The poor guy is now depressed.

This is quite popular, but for those who don't use public transport much : While travelling in PMT(City Bus) take Pass of Rs. 40 (For travelling in any one municipal corporation PMC or PCMC) or of Rs. 50 (For both PMC and PCMC).
This is far better option and you can reach destination quickly by taking any frequent bus and changing it afterwards instead of waiting for one bus fo a lot of time. And its economical as well
