If 50-100 data points is enough for your system, then why not just generate that yourself? Or interview potential users yourself? 

IMO I think you might benefit from looking into Y Combinators philosophy of "do things that don't scale" - build the system manually at first, and only scale things up (eg scraping data from the world web) only when it makes sense.
