How old are your kids ? Anything past 3rd standard they will have trouble settling in bihar the older the worse. Apart from Patna i don't think any other cities are viable, Because of lawlessness there's always a fear in bihar. Bihar also might politically unstable in near future. A lot of family businesses work very well but Indian family businesses (one that I’ve experienced investing in and another that my friend invested in) will almost always experience a time of conflicts and end up breaking into 2 or more pieces. The co founders who’re family members will be way too emotional and you’ll have a hard time having one of those hard conversations that you need to have to grow your business with them cuz you don’t want to hurt their feelings.

Now, coming to your type of business, the only way you can grow that business is by expanding to more cities. Once you reach a city where you can’t monopolize that kind of business (like my hometown Bangalore or even a smaller city than that), your growth is halted. You’ll just end up making the same amount of money all your life.
