The total cost will be calculated so that all the distances are covered and the auto guy can come back to the original location. The fare will be based on the distance of that place from the original location. The return journey will be added equally among all. And the original fare (Original location to destination) will be calculated on O>D or Dx>Dy whichever is higher. Govt also issues special licenses to these drivers against whom they can receive free or highly subsided electricity to charge autos. Whichever is feasible.
