CONTEXT: He was reporting about pervs selling vids of ladies bathing in mahakumbh but somehow now WE are responsible for it. Yes I m disgusted by them as much the next guy but just because we can appreciate dark comedy does not mean we are monsters. And yeah while he doesn't explicitly mentions IGL it's blindly obvious...even for our blind people.
