Wait. See how things are going to turn out. If you're put on pip, you get 2-3 months of time. Isn't pip called paid interview prep at your company? Try interviewing during that time. Maybe you'll find a low stress job at a banking or healthcare company. DON'T QUIT AMZN. Let them send you out.

My reasoning is if you do something instinctively now, you might regret 5 years down the line. Yes, you have enough money to live a good life but regret is a different beast. If nothing works out and you have to leave the US, you can always tell yourself well, I tried everything and you can be at peace with yourself.
