If you overlay the BTC and ETH chart, it looks like ETH tends to *really* move once, BTC reaches it's hype peak and starts losing steam. The way I see it, 100K for BTC today is more like 30K back in 21'. I think that in the coming month or two, BTC will make a move to well above 120K. Eventually, ETH will also follow suit and I do believe that it will reach 8-10K before the end of '25.

I strongly believe apart from the usual veterans like Ashutosh and Manoj Bajpayee or Bijay raaz, some women actors can pull out such roles as well, I think, seems pahwa can pull something well. From mainstream actresses like Madhuri or shabana azmi or Sushmita should attempt a role like this. I also think, from current gen, Taapsee or Ranveeer Singh should attempt a hand at a shady dark character that sends chills down the spine. I think, they have it in them.

All that said, I secretly wish; a women picks up a project like this and give us all nightmares.

I'll tell you my perspective, I work in a government research organization, here most of them are 30+ and I personally haven't seen anyone having an affair sure some scientists frequently complain or make fun regarding their spouses but I haven't seen anyone having an affair nor heard about cheating. In fact I haven't seen many people going through a divorce also. But in a private organization especially the IT industry this is a common thing which I have seen many times. I have a theory but no real facts backing this so see if this makes sense to you. One of the main reasons people cheat is simply because they lack approval in some way it can be appreciation, not the feeling of family, lack of intimacy, too much of ego not satisfied by partner or just too much work stress and this is a fun diversion. No matter what most of the cases can be easily related to work stress and culture, if you keep doing repeated work focus only on archiving targets don't spend time with family, no innovative work all these things will lead you to have an affair or at least cause friction with ur partner. The type of work you do heavily impacts ur self worth and this will indirectly be shown in your family and if you're getting something from somewhere else this will provoke u to have an affair. To the contrary my work is quite peaceful Research and Development is all about having prerequisite knowledge and analyzing things for an innovative solution for use in future. It's complicated but fun at the same time, and there is not much backstabbing for promotion here and credits are simply in terms of good research papers. Everyone genuinely respects everyone here and all our families live in a close community this is very important because cheating is almost impossible as everyone is happy living in this community. So my needs are satisfied here so absolutely no need for an affair I'm sure it's the same for people like me but those who have unbalanced needs their pushed too having an affair and loosing their morals.

This is a common practice in Mumbai. Also in areas like Mira road they charge 2 months rent as brokerage and 1 month rent upon renewal. They don't waive this off at any circumstance. If tenants don't agree to pay upon renewal they have the audacity to ask you to vacate the flat. And most of the time the owner sides with the agent. This is extortion but it is what it is.
