Go on YouTube and check this channel called trustified. They do blind testing for all major whey protein products and other supplements as well. They will also share the reports of the tests. Here are some historical facts I have come across about Madras.

The place was a nothing but a bare land when British got it leased from Raja of Chandragiri. Like the Thangalan movie, people who have been put to tortures as Bonded labours under Zamindhars and Land owners started settling here to serve British hoping for a better future.

Butler english was formed when these Servants (Butlers) started learning the languages from the masters and communicating it half right. It is believed that Madras Slang or Baashai came into existence when Britishers try Tamil for communication. They cannot pronounce ‘Keezha Vai’ and pronounced it as ‘Keeya Vei’. Like this everyone attracted to the slang little later. Writer Karan Karki has documented this in his novels.

Madras used to be the land of Foxes when the British chose a leased land to build Fort St. George in 1639. Officers used to go hunting them for leisure. 
Measurement of Indian Atlas was started at St Thomas Mount by an engineer. He died during the work in central India and another engineer continued and finished the work in a northmost peak. The peak is named after him. The engineer’s name was Everest and the Peak is Mount Everest. St Thomas Mount is an amazing place to spend an evening!
Between Egmore Museum and Central station there used to be a huge natural park called My Ladies Park which included Victoria Hall and Rippon building. The park supported a zoo with wild animals and number of lakes. This is the reason why we have two railway stations named Park and Park town. 
Zoo was operated here till the 1970s before they were transferred to Vandulur. During WW II, there was a huge anticipation that Japan was going to attack Madras. People evacuated the city completely. Some of the large wild animals were shot dead without any options. Others were temporarily transferred to Erode. They named it Thiyagaraya Nagar which was one of their leader’s name Sir Pitty Thiyagaraya, Panagal park - Panagal Raja, Natesan Park - Dr. Natesan, GN Chetty. Every building and street names carries some legacy. 

Ellis road opposite to Government Multi speciality Hospital in Anna Salai was named after the governor Lord Ellis who revived Thirukural and printed them. A cook of one of his subordinates found a fresh bunch of footprints among the older ones which were used for fire in Kitchen and handed it over to Ellis. 

Chennai is now the land of all Biriyanis. There is one biriyani that we shall never get to taste outside of Chennai. Guess it? It is Aatukaal Paaya Biriyani. Now search this on Youtube and thank me later.
