You know what's my side of the story?
I've been finding jobs, and most of the jobs that I have come across has bad culture, no growth and most importantly 2 year bonds and three months notice period just because I'm a fresher.

People here consider freshers as slave. Otherwise I don't find why someone would not be excited for a job which provide growth opportunities, bonuses and regular pay. Anyone would work for 15-20 k if a company have these.

I have also noticed companies focusing only on what they can get from the employees and not on what they can offer to the employees.

A nice company always explain a candidate first what their company can offer and benefits it provide to a candidate.

It's just not about pay. A good employee will search & need other benefits.

Otherwise,there are always good and bad candidates, but if you constantly find bad candidates, you should look for the problems within the company and not in all the candidates.

We don't eat pork from domesticated livestock, but wild boar hunting and subsequent bali dene is still an ongoing tradition near foothills of Sahyadri. I have never seen Marathi people eat water Buffalo, although buff is prevalent in few eateries in Mumbai and Pune. Must be in Nagpur too, but hard to find in Tier 2s like Ratnagiri and Kolhapur.
