I was keen on applying for this lottery last month when they opened it. But was pulled back largely due to it's very high prices, plus small carpet area. If your friend has enough cash in hand to invest, I suggest go with a reputed builder who is just starting the construction work. He will get much bigger carpet at a lower price than this. Private builders usually hike the price as the construction progresses, and peaks when just 6 months are left for completion.

Damn my mom visited the same doctor, and was forced a pap smear too which hurt, To quote her. "10 times more than a regular pap smear" and she was overall very dismissive, jumped to conclusions, in a hurry and rather abrasive about everything. She didn't even explain what tests she was performing while doing a pap smear and only told her AFTER the test was done. Then proceeded to write a shit ton of medicines and tests.

Needless to say, she switched doctors after the first visit and now found a better one.
