Guys, i think tamil and kerala and non bjp dominated states should start some kind of sovereign fund or investment fund in cooperation with these states and put in certain money and reinvest it into states to increase businesses and for devlopment wrt to their capacities so that they don't have to beg the center. I also think if my tamil brothers are imposed 3 language systems, they have to learn Malayalam and vice versa.
