Bhai you have jock itch (most probably) . Keep the pubic area clean and do not scratch there, or at least try not to scratch that area unless you absolutely have to. Even then you should only gently try to relieve the itch instead of scratching harshly. As for remedies , you should apply some kind of soothing lotion or itch guard as someone has already suggested. I would also suggest aloe vera gel and/or coconut oil as they have anti-fungal, anti-bacterial and soothing qualities.
