You can try places near by lower parel (Currey road/lalbaug/parel) with the rent of 20k for 200 sq ft (1rk) and >30k 1bhk . Ulwe and other places are mostly for weekend getaway for people living in the city. If you are okay with having it for 6 days a week surely go for it!
