Return on investment: If you go through cadet pilot program then you are almost guaranteed a job once u complete the program completely. so i think roi would be good in that case once your 10 years into your field. IF you go through conventional path then u might need to wait some time to get a job after cpl cus vacancies aren't always there for juniourmost positions (JFO's) but the cost is less in conventional path, so there's that. honestly here u need to keep your priorities straight and then choose the path accordingly.

I was once eating there... chef asked manager : maam maida khatam ho gaya.. manager : koina aata hai.. missi banao tab tak... chef : wo bhi nahi banegi... all their rotis r full of maida so u eat less. Their curries are full of tomatoes so they can preserve it for days! They started decreasing the items in buffet. Now they even charge for water.

Delivery food is worse... they send whatevers not used up in buffet. So it can be 2-3 days old.

They own a catering company... leftover is served as buffet and leftover from there they pack and sell. With machine made cheap maida rotis.
