Its owned by a marine services company. They've made plans to convert it into a restaurant or sell it to a potential buyer. Govt has no interest in taking it up as a tourism project as it'll cost a lot to convert it into anything usable. For now, they've stabilized it to prevent further erosion and finding ways to convert it into something or sell it off to someone.

Business development in IT isn't that stressful compared to other industries and for freshers they'll mostly look for good communication skills.. a strong command over the English language and some good ol confidence should see you through..
