Paris and NYC have a highly dense subway/Metro system. Not like Delhi Metro which have stops KMs apart. In Manhattan and Paris core, stops are really close by, making the metro convenient. In Delhi, the Metro still has a long way to go before it beats the convenience of a car.

The Delhi-Gurgaon line is overcrowded, yet the highway is piled with cars. Increase service or build a parallel line to capture the demand for pollution to really come down on that stretch.

I think the whole concept of putting someone over another is childish and moronic.

Once you are married, you take care of your side and draw a line, your parents don't say shit about your spouse and spouse doesn't stay shit about your parents or siblings.

That's how marriages work, you don't let your spouse interfere with something that's not their business. Your business is YOUR new family, your spouse and your kids.

Sure you can discuss things, but not speak ill or interfere in your in laws affairs. But most of the world doesn't understand that, especially families in India, all it needs is one weak link and everything goes to the gutters.
