Need help. 22 y/o med student. No income. Only diwali money!

Saved up quite a bit and got advice from a friend who invests in stocks. 3 years later I have 1.5 L invested in equity. I still have around 20-30k left. I was thinking about buying MFs/crypto.. not sure what to do. Please give me guidance. Initial plan was to put 10k into crypto. 5k eth, 5k in other coins like kaspa etc. And 20k in mutual funds. I'm not rich, but I save whatever I get from my grandparents!

So, recently Adani donated about 10,000 crore rupees, and similarly, Tata used to donate 60-70% of his annual income. The Tata family has almost donated $100 billion till now. If Tata donates so much money, why do his medical colleges charge crores of rupees from students? Where does all the money go? Even if you want to use this much money for donations, you also need a good number of people to do the job. How much employment do these NGOs provide in the market?

Why do Indian study subs always give out of touch advice?

Anytime I have asked advice on these subreddit with regards to my field (science/research) the advise is always go abroad which is hilariously out of touch.
