A crazy idea to escape corruption. So, I was reading on prevalent corruption in TN, especially chennai government offices like RTO, EB, Land registrations, contracts, patta, etc and had a crazy idea. What if all this work was done during election times? What if all the work needed to complete in government offices was done only during election times to escape bribing someone.
