Hey, this isn't a rage bait or something I sincerely wants to know your opinion on this, I am from utrakhand but I'm not a pahadi, I guys in uttrakhands pahadi areas they call us DESIs but now a days I am seeing that the large number of people are migrating from their villages are going to cities and other states for work and the good skill based training centres in pahadi areas are way less like i didn't find a single computer training centre in areas around srinagar...
