Need genuine real estate advice. I was planning to buy flat in badlapur as my budget is only 20L to 30L.(Fam background is not even middle class.) so is there any water issues in Badlapur ?? Just experienced how traumatic it can be to travel as a women in Thane’s public tranport So i was coming back from Thane station via anand nagar bus (64) it was completely packed and i was waiting for people in line to board first then these so called peaceful community guys were behind me ( obviously not gonna name a any religion) they were like move ahead we want to go i was like are you literate enough ?.
