Auto rant

I booked an auto on Rapido. He was 2 kms away and since he was about 10 mins away I called him to check if he is coming. He was positive. As I was standing on the highway I still kept on checking offline for autos. And surprisingly I got one. Hence I cancelled the ride on Rapido. Now the auto driver is constantly calling me. More than 10 times even after 2-3 hours. I picked up his call once and he started cussing. Am I really at fault...

Urgent-Character certificate from police to employer

Hi guys, I'm trying to submit character certificate request on the official portal however, I'm only getting option to select police station from thane district. And I stay in Mulund. When I selected nearest station from thane I.e. wagle estate station, they rejected my application. I tried submitting the application again but I am only getting thane police station as option and they are rejecting it since mumbai vs thane. Can anyone please help me with this? It's urgent!!!
