Any property management services in Kochi

This is for a friend who's not active on Reddit. They have a few homes near Kakkanad and one in Kadavanthra. The family doesn't live in Kerala and visits only occasionally, maybe for vacations or a few weeks a year. They're not interested in renting the properties due to a bad experience in the past. They had someone to look after the houses, but that also went poorly (a "veli thanne vilavu thinnu" kind of situation). Are there any professional property management companies that can take care of the properties, including regular cleaning? It doesn’t need to be frequent—maybe once or twice a month.
