Should I Pursue a Link from a Blog in my niche with decent traffic and DA but Sells Links and Posts Off-Topic Content?

Hi, I am a beginner in SEO, and I want to rank my new website. I started reaching out to some blogs, and a webmaster agreed to a guest post. Their traffic is decent, their DA is acceptable, their spam score is low, and they have relevant rankings on Google. However, they are selling links and including off-topic articles on their blog. To be more specific, they are a website related to Yoga, and although most of their blogs are related to wellness, they also have some articles that are entirely off-topic, such as "eSim connectivity," "Metal Tile Backsplashes," and "CBD Edibles." It seems quite obvious to anyone with some SEO knowledge that these guest posts were paid for. Should I completely disregard this link opportunity, even if it aligns with my niche?
