How Can I effectively use this new section for my keywords

Hey Guys While doing the SERP check for my few keywords saw this section.. ( discovered 1-2 months back ) The section is named - Discussions and Forums and it contains forum sites -relevant Quora Reddit posts.. \[I cant upload ss for reference :((( \] The question is... the data is old I mean if you search ( business setup in Dubai) from an India location you'll get this section on 1st page itself... so I thought utilising it for my SEO betterment... like I answered the quora questions which I found here... also tried replying to other forum sites & questions which were relevant... but did not saw any difference in ranking... anyone has any idea how can do use these type of sections for improving my websites visibility...
