Advice on the best blogging platform for SEO?

Hi people, I'm trying to decide which platform to use to run my SaaS' blog. The blog will be in the /blog directory (mydomain dot com/blog). My main goals are that the blog should be easy to read on all devices and loads quickly. Basically, give my users a really good experience. In the past I've used Wordpress, Webflow and Ghost. Wordpress seems to have a lot of bloatware and I'm unsure of its direction due to recent happenings, Webflow has just always been unreliable, and Ghost is a pain to use. Out of frustration I'm down to Wordpress + Simply Static. I'd love to hear all your thoughts on if there's a better platform, or a better way to do this. TIA.
