Ranchi ka most underrated building ?

Isn't it the most underrated building of our city, architect sanjay puri designed this masterpiece if not wrong, and this is one the exclusive buildings of his style, we don't talk much about it. Ishitvam apartment has always spins my head and grab eye balls of everyone walking past by it and made me think! there could more than a generic apartment architecture.
