Spa centers in Ranchi

So, recently I visited Church Complex for some laptop repair stuff. But was curious to look around the shops on each floor. I guess was on 4th floor when I massage parlours and spa centers which were in a shady place as not much footfalls fall there of general public. Is it used for Xxx as I felt because I also saw some girls around age of 25-28 approx. roaming around.

Rant about libraries!

DONT TRUST LIBRARIES IN RANCHI. They all promise so much at admission then deliver nothing. The library I was going to shut down suddenly and now we had to look for another one 10 days away from our exams! Then there’s the fake reviews issue. This one library in Lalpur, Wisdom Library had 5 star Google reviews! But the library is awful! Later I found out why they had good reviews. What is with the Jharkhand government websites not working?

Feb 4 was supposed to be the launching date of this portal -- [http://abvil.jharkhand.gov.in/](http://abvil.jharkhand.gov.in/) Ranchi smart city portal [rsccl.in](http://rsccl.in) already does not work I don't think tagging the office handles on X/Twitter works. While the whole nationwide growth euphoria seems to be plummeting, it does not have to this deflating for Ranchi. Any ideas on how we can get the concerned citizens to communicate this to folks that are supposed to be running this?
