Why rajasthan don't have gurugram and noida like cities ?

I just saw a video of studyiq about why rajasthan don't have a city like gurgaon and noida. Just wanted to ask what are your prescription about it . Cause we got second largest area in ncr after up. Does the problem of this might be changing of gov in every 5 years. And do you think we will have a new it city in next year's because all gov in ncr region is of one party which might help us.

Would I cause any problem in India wearing the kaffiyeh scarf? Apparently it’s associated with Palestine. I have had this scarf for 40+ years. I would like to wear it on my camel trip in the desert. I’m not making any political statement, just another adventure.

Do Rajasthani (hindu) Men wear Kajal?

I have seen a lot of middle eastern people wear Kajal, a lot of Irani/Afghan/Parts of Pakistan people call it Soormah, Arabs call it Kohl. The reason for this is mainly the desert and dry/rough temperature. I am from Bikaner myself, and I remember as a kid I used to wear it a lot like till the age of 9-10.
