Fraud music teacher in Jaipur has mentally harassed me.

My family was visiting Jaipur and my dad found this music classes/guy to see if Jaipur is any good for music. The guy sweet talked dad into us visiting his school. I will not reveal his name. Visiting Rajasthan in Jan end

Me and my friend (females) are coming to jaipur for 3days during jan end. - looking forward to doing alot of shopping - should we bargain/ how much do certain things cost (a ball park range) ( would love to buy short kurtas for my dad as well) - also want to spend my friends birthday, anything special I can plan for her?
