Job Scam - Can the money be recovered? A friend of mine was approached via WhatsApp for a work-from-home opportunity in the Tech field. The company claimed to be based in Pimpri, and has the EXACT same name as an oil-and-gas company based in the US, which had her fooled initially. The HR didn't provide any clear details about the JD, job profile, even the pay was ambiguous (25k-75k). Where in pune can I get actual fried chicken? Kfc cha kantaal aala aahe aata, chicken dry asta ani indian style hotels madhe fakta punjabi/chinese/maharashtrian asta. I want to taste actual fried chicken but I cant seem to find any cafe/hotel that makes it. Only that continental crap that isn't cooked well. KFC just tastes way too dry and repetitive. Good Interactions happening these days. Using metro as a cyclist for daily commuting since a month. The station security gaurd started greeting me eventually I also started greeting him. The lady sitting at help desk also greets. A good start of the day. . Senior co-passengers also talks very nicely, asks fondly if there's extra charges for cycles or its just regular charges, a good start of the conversation closing it with a "have a nice day" wish. . Creepiest interaction I ever witnessed I was travelling from shivajinagar to Aundh via pmpl bus (akurdi bus) and there's a single seat beside the driver of the bus mainly reserved for disabled or senior citizens. A northeaster woman was sitting there and the bus driver was heavily flirting with her bc and whole bus was either feeling awkward or pitying that woman (which proved to be wrong ) , so after a while at University bus stand, another woman boarded the bus and sat beside her and she didn't know about this creep driver.... 1 7 replies

Wake up Punekars This is the small incident I want to share .So there is a road called commerzone road that is build to fastrack travelling between airport road and jail road . Which was supposed to reduce traffic on wadi- Alandi road and help people coming from sangamwadi to Reach Viman nagar and Tingre nagar easily . gov has blocked all the entrance which are supposed to be entering that road randomly in between . Only way to deal with Pune traffic is strong law enforcement and increase in online fine collections. Today 7 in the morning Kharadi Bypass chowk was deadlock in traffic and our bus was stuck for 30 mins at one place. We do not have civic sense that's time and again proven, no doubt about it! Solution: We have CCTV infrastructure in place. RTO guys just have to sit in front of the TV and start issuing fines left and right to all the people breaking traffic signals, going on wrong side, driving without helmet etc. with the amount of people breaking the rules I am sure... 4 0 replies

What are your thoughts on Pune Traffic Police? They tend to target and rob common people like us when there's retards not following signals, driving on the wrong side of the road, driving on footpaths, etc. And the way to talk to you is very disrespectful.
