Got Falsely Accused While Traveling – Need Advice

Today, while returning to Pune from a trip outside Maharashtra, I was on a bus just 5 km from home. While closing my window, a group of local men on a motorcycle falsely accused me of spitting on them. They started abusing me, the bus driver, and the conductor, trying to provoke a fight. I felt completely helpless since I had no strong contacts or support nearby. If I had stepped down, things could have gotten worse. How can I handle such situations better in the future? Any advice...

Landlord Asking for Extra Rent for Pet in an Unfurnished Flat

Our lease doesn’t mention pets, but now the landlord wants extra rent for keeping one. (we have a small kitten 🐈) We’re fine with a pet fee, but their reasoning is “cleaning and damages” * The flat is **unfurnished**, so no landlord furniture to damage. * We might **move out in April**, so changing the lease for 2 months seems pointless. We offered to let them deduct any actual damages from our deposit and we will take care of deep cleaning when we leave, but they still insist on extra rent....

Saw Something Weird on Pune railway station.

Today I saw something weird on Pune railway station. Some people were feeding Biryani, Giving Leg massage to a beggar. Later I asked people standing there, They said He's MASTAN BABA and he's has some deity powers etc.Literally people who were doing all these were looking educated and from good background. What's going on? Does anybody know the whole truth? Edit:- Came home and searched on YouTube, There are multiple videos on him. What's going on? Is he for real?

Need dinning suggestions for birthday dinner😭

It’s my birthday today, and I want to treat myself to a nice dinner (yes, I’m dining alone—marji samjho ya majboori😂). 24K used to be my go-to, but the service has gone downhill. Bastian’s reviews aren’t exactly convincing either. I just want a place with great food, a nice ambiance, and service that won’t make me feel like I should’ve just stayed home with instant noodles.
