When did r/NortheastIndia get active and popular?

I remember being here back in 2022 and 2023, there were barely any posts and no comments, so very little activity in the subreddit. Nowadays, there's lots of posts and lots of active commenters. Seems to have started from April 2024 or so. When did this start, really?
