I have always wondered why NEs try to be such perfectionist and quick to judge our artists when our entertainment media is almost non existent but will gladly hype up mainland cultures and artists. I posted something in r/AskIndia about languages and there a guy was saying that the ENTIRE NE would understand and speak bengali better than hindi and he said Nagas too understand Bengali better than hindi.Is that correct?

For once and for all can someone explain me what is the difference between the Koch caste(OBC, I guess mostly in upper assam), The Koch Tribe , and Koch Rajbonghis? I am suffering from this crisis and really want some clarity please.
