Noidawasio , I have a question about rental increment. Please help What is on avg yearly % rent increment landlord imposes in Noida? I live around sector 39, and have been paying 25500 in rent for last 1 year. My landlord asked for 10% increment and I could bargain for 2000 rs increment. I went there "Add-2ND floor,Mago chamber17-A/9w.e.a Karol bagh metro gate no.1 near by Bank of Baroda". There continuously students coming in going out. This stopped me to even start a conversation with another student.
