Illegal construction of mosque

There is illegal construction of mosque on empty government land is going on. How do I report this anonymously? Near Pur buran nagar, empty land beside airport wall from Shobha Nagar side. Google map location https://maps.app.goo.gl/piFaSJMB3oe1mtWBA Google Map doesn't show work going on. They have built wall pillars everything.

I have been serving in Sagroli Village of Nanded district for sometime now. Today, I had a chance to visit the houses of the Orphaned, Single Parented and Under Privileged Students in the neighbouring villages who live in our hostels. These villages were Hipparga, Shevara and Shimpala. It was an extremely humbling and eye-opening experience.
