What he said was he has talked with Corporation about it and they have initiated the action on it and are in the process of dousing the fire immediately. Some people suggested me to look for mysore. I am looking for a suburb city, less populated with basic infra, good civic sense, ability to drill your own water, and free hold land. Ofcourse mysore climate is good, similar to bangalore or maybe better. So does it fulfill the requirements? Or is this city also heavily regulated on real estate? And if you could tell me about land price in terms of per sqyard or per sqm in the main city and little bit of outskirts away from hassle,...

Hey all! I am looking at buying an unit in this society, its pretty close to the city centre, and from a class "A" builder. Currently the square foot price for this society is around 10k/sq.ft. I am not sure if its worth this price tag. It's at Maharanapratap Road near Chamundi hills. Do you think this area has high potential in future developments? Is anyone is looking at the project? What are your thoughts?

Dogs laid pups in our compound.

Mom used to feed this street dog everyday. Nows it has given birth to 6 pups in our compund only (2 more to come) I'm assuming. It trusts me enough to move it into boxes, so I picked up the box and it followed my in a khali site when thick bushes for shade, I put the pups there and came back. After a while, it started to pick them up and climb in the design gaps in our compound wall. Now back to 0, what are my options...

The Trash Fire Still Burns

It’s been nearly a week since the trash hill caught fire, and the air quality keeps getting worse. Thick smoke hangs over the area, making it harder to breathe with each passing day. Elders and children are suffering the most, yet there’s still no decisive action from those responsible. Why hasn’t this been dealt with? I don't have any hopes left for Mysuru airport expansion with lots of complications involved. Atleast Bengaluru's 2nd Airport should comeup in Kanakapura Road. Huge advantage for Mysuru Economy.
