Pune Vs PCMC कामानिमित्त पिंपरी-चिंचवडला (ज्याला मराठीत PCMC म्हणतात) बरेचदा जाणं होतं. काही निरीक्षणे सांगतो. १. PCMC हा पुण्याला लागून असलेला अतिशय मागास भाग आहे. इथे रस्ते, उद्याने, मैदाने वगैरेंसाठी उगाचच भरपूर जागा सोडलीय. काही ठिकाणी सर्व्हिस रोड्सही केलेयेत. मुळातच ते शहर प्लॅन केलेलं वाटतं. डेव्हलप्ड शहरे प्लॅन करावी लागत नाहीत. ती बिल्डर्सला वाहून द्यायची असतात. २. PCMC मध्ये आधी रस्ते बनतात आणि त्यानंतर आजूबाजूला बिल्डींगा उभ्या राहतात. हा अगदी मागास प्रकार आहे. आधी इमारती उभ्या करायच्या आणि मग तिथे राहणाऱ्या लोकांनी मागणी/आंदोलने वगैरे केल्यानंतरच तिथे रस्ता बांधण्याचा खर्च करायचा, हा पुण्यातला... 1 0 replies
