Can we Maharashtrians ever accept that, no matter how great our kings were, they were human at the end of the day and may have had imperfections? It is honestly frustrating to see how some people rush to justify every action and event in Maratha history, even the dubious ones. When will we start viewing our kings as our own rather than deifying them?
