Thinking of opening a retail clothing store

So we are now planning to open a clothe shop in a rural area, not exactly rural but kind of a market area. What things should we keep in mind? How much investment would it require only for clothes? The place is in Nashik district nearly 200km from Surat (Gujarat) The shop area is nearly 600 to 700sq feet Please give all the important advise required
