Mental health support groups. There used to be a support group for mental health called Soul as a Race. Anyone familiar with it? I don't think they are active now, as last Instagram post was in 2023. I suffer from mental health issues a lot, and I understand many here do too. I once attended a mindfulness session which had a group therapy element to it. It was really good.
