How to spend 7 hrs in Kochi?

Hi, I am reaching Cochin tomorrow and will have 7 hrs between connecting flights. Can you suggest places close to the Cochin airport where I can spend 7 hrs. Would it be worth spending the time in fort kochi? Thanks.
