Today I saw 5 atm cards inside an atm , should I inform someone?

Njn innu college nu aduthulla ATM il poyappo avide totally 5 debit Cards indayirunnu . But none of them were expired. And owner nte name different ayirunnu . Chilath kanara , chilath sbi and Kerala grammine nte ayirunnu cards . That was really strange , I mean who's gonna leave their cards in an atm ??. Should I inform this to someone ??
