Colonel Tea Stall where to find?

Hello Indore, Bhiyaram, Long long back , during my college days , I used to frequent a tea stall near what used to be Starlit talkies yeshwant niwas road (I know the reputation but can’t find a better landmark :). It used to be run by a gentleman we used to call “Colonel”. Is it still around ? I heard it’s in Rajbada but can’t find location. Much appreciated.
