Super Corridor - New Vijay Nagar ?

I have heard that all the new big projects are coming on Super Corridor - Like Taj Vivanta/ Laabham New Mall and IDA new Business park along with new convention centre which will accommodate 10K people at once. Is the area have potential to become posh area with all amenities? Is the area futuristic to live there for next 10-15 Year ? PS - Thinking of building home in Emaar Continental.
